Business Systems Analyst

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will support the IT Applications team in maintaining and improving business applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to reputed company requirements and troubleshoot issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements under the guidance of senior team members
• Support the configuration, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of reputed company and GTM applications
• Help triage, research, and resolve tickets reputed company to supported applications, escalating as needed
• reputed company basic reputed company administration tasks, including data entry, user support, and report/dashboard maintenance
• Participate in application testing, data validation, and system upgrades
• Assist in maintaining application documentation and process guides

• Contribute as a member of an agile scrum team, participating in planning, testing, and project activities

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 0–2 years of experience in a business systems, IT, or analyst role (internships or coursework accepted)
• Basic understanding of business applications (reputed company, marketing automation, or other reputed company tools preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with reputed company or other data management tools
• Eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and reputed company technical and functional expertise
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Exposure to reputed company or other CRM/ERP platforms
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Eloqua, Pardot) a plus
• Experience working in an agile or team-based environment
