Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Meet with your reputed company reputed company to discuss headcount, new requisitions, hiring reputed company, and/or interview feedback – you truly reputed company as a partner to your clients and not merely as an order taker

Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of reputed company experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of reputed company experience as a recruiter in lieu of a degree
• Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• This position is based in Redmond, WA (Seattle area), and requires being onsite full-time – hybrid and remote work will not be considered
• To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent reputed company (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
• 2+ years of technical reputed company experience
• 2+ years of SGA reputed company experience
• Experience with in-house reputed company
• Experience with high volume reputed company
• Experience reputed company electrical, mechanical and reputed company engineers
• Experience reputed company skilled labor
• Strong tenure with demonstrated reputed company in reputed company roles
• Full life cycle reputed company experience, from sourcing to closing
• Comfort with reviewing, evaluating and reporting on reputed company data
• Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent reputed company their respective fields
• Demonstrated expertise in non-reputed company reputed company reputed company: cold calling candidates and companies, organizing and executing reputed company networking events, identifying industry experts and finding unique reputed company to engage with them, creating unique targeted sourcing campaigns, etc
• Comfortable interfacing directly with hiring managers including director and VP level technical leaders
• Ability to build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
