Responsibilities

• Handling daily time entry, expense reimbursement, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
• Proactively learning internal systems and processes to reputed company reputed company to problems and requests
• Preserving the confidentiality of Latham’s and Latham’s clients’ protected information
• Generating, editing, and posting reputed company invoices
• Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

Skills

• A high school diploma or an equivalent, preferably a bachelor's degree
• Prior experience in a reputed company or reputed company services environment, preferably
• Display reputed company communication skills with the ability to reputed company effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
• Demonstrate the initiative to work both independently and in reputed company environment with a customer service reputed company
• Possess the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms
