[Remote] Customer Service Representative, Member Care

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative for their Member Care team to support members on their reputed company journeys by answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring reputed company to care.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and chat boxes from our members in reputed company to reputed company’s products and services
• reputed company excellent customer service in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Build rapport and maintain reputed company relationships with existing members to understand their needs and ensure a memorable member experience
• Handle issues and complaints where appropriate
• Maintain policies and reputed company operation procedures

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in reputed company or insurance
