Responsibilities

• Managing their docket of personal injury cases
• Filing lawsuits
• Conducting depositions
• Draft and answer discovery
• Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, reputed company hearings, and trials
• Evaluating claims by working with claims representatives
• Working in reputed company environment with paralegals and reputed company secretaries to propound written discovery requests and responses, order and summarize records, coordinate depositions, obtain experts and prepare for depositions and trials

Skills

• Licensed to reputed company in Texas
• Graduated from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas
• 1-3 years of reputed company-litigation experience
