**Your Role at arenaflex**
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You'll work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. **Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Resolve Complex Consumer Issues**: Use your excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex consumer issues and advise first-level representatives on high-level issues.
* **Assist Policy Holders**: Provide support to policy holders with billing questions and concerns, and assist with policy changes requested.
* **Support Policy Holder Needs**: Offer recommendations and adjust as necessary to support policy holder needs.
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **6 Months Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience, with a strong track record of resolving complex issues.
* **Over 18 Years of Age**: You must be at least 18 years old to apply.
* **Ability to Type 25 WPM**: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
* **High School Graduate or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **Comfort with Desktop Computer System**: You'll need to be comfortable using a desktop computer system and navigating various software applications.
* **Proven Oral & Written Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
* **6 Months Call Center Experience**: While not required, 6 months of call center experience is preferred.
* **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: You'll need to be able to think critically and solve problems logically.
* **Availability to Work Various Shifts**: You'll need to be available to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
* **Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems**: You'll need to be comfortable using Windows operating systems.
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
* **Internet Connection Requirements**: A minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 3.0 Mbps.
* **ISP Must Have No Packet Loss and Ping Under 50ms**: Your internet service provider must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
* **Proof of Internet Speed Required**: You'll need to provide proof of your internet speed.
* **Clean and Quiet Workspace**: You'll need to have a clean and quiet workspace.
