Responsibilities

• Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for executives
• Support domestic travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and preparing travel itineraries
• Help prepare and organize expense reports to ensure reputed company reimbursement
• Organize shared files and maintain electronic documents for easy team reputed company
• Assist with meeting and event coordination, including booking rooms, managing invites, and preparing agendas and notes

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
• 0-2 years of administrative or office support experience, internships, or relevant coursework will be considered

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
