[Remote] Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating logistics for executives
- Support domestic travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and preparing travel itineraries
- Help prepare and organize expense reports to ensure timely reimbursement
- Organize shared files and maintain electronic documents for easy team access
- Assist with meeting and event coordination, including booking rooms, managing invites, and preparing agendas and notes
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
- 0-2 years of administrative or office support experience, internships, or relevant coursework will be considered
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service mindset with the ability to anticipate and respond to the needs of executives
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable handling confidential information with professionalism
- Willingness to learn quickly and take initiative
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
