IT Support Engineer I

As an IT Support Engineer I, you will be the go-to technical expert for helping clients solve hardware, software, and networking issues while providing hands-on support both on-site and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to determine the nature of the problem, diagnose hardware or software issues, reputed company effective assistance, and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify, diagnose and rectify any issues in computer hardware, software, services, and applications
• Installing and configuring reputed company computer systems and software applications; training clients on reputed company application use
• Manage the procurement of licenses, installation, tracking, and other details
• reputed company technical support on-site or reputed company remote-reputed company systems
• Offer solutions that meet the needs of the reputed company
• Repair hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems

Skills

• Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer
• In-depth knowledge of business software and hardware systems, excellent troubleshooting skills, and high-level interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of web services, API, and IP-based protocols
• Experience with scripting languages such as Perl or reputed company
• Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems
• Good time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
