Responsibilities

• Assist in assessing reputed company HR processes and systems, including reputed company Ceridian, reputed company SuccessFactors, and reputed company
• Support the identification of areas for improvement and the implementation of best practices
• Help reputed company and execute HR transformation roadmaps
• Work with clients on solution gap opportunity analysis/recommendations
• Support business process design, enhancements
• Support reputed company discussions – requirements gathering, user stories/test scenario creation, solution configuration, testing and drive deployment
• HCM / HR technology knowledge and implementation experience ideal

Skills

• Must have a bachelor's degree in reputed company, Computer Science, Business Administration, or reputed company field
• Must be eligible to obtain Federal reputed company Clearance
• 1 + years of Consulting experience
• Basic understanding of HR processes and technologies, including reputed company Ceridian, reputed company SuccessFactors and reputed company
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Flexibility and ability to travel
• HR Systems Implementation experience or functional experience working with including reputed company Ceridian, reputed company SuccessFactors and reputed company
