ERP Support Consultant (MYOB, reputed company or reputed company Business Central)

Job reputed company: We are seeking a reputed company-reputed company and tech-savvy ERP Support Consultant to reputed company first- and second-level support across MYOB, reputed company, or reputed company Business Central platforms. You will work closely with clients to troubleshoot system issues, offer functional guidance, and support ERP implementations or optimizations. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering excellent post-go-live support. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company technical and functional support for ERP systems (MYOB Advanced/reputed company, reputed company, or MS Business Central) • Handle reputed company inquiries, log support tickets, and manage issue reputed company reputed company SLAs • Troubleshoot issues reputed company to financials, inventory, purchasing, sales, payroll, or reporting modules • Guide users through best practices and basic configurations to ensure reputed company ERP utilization • Assist with data migrations, minor customizations, and system upgrades reputed company required • Escalate reputed company technical issues to development or vendor support teams • Document issue resolutions and contribute to the internal knowledge reputed company • Support training sessions or reputed company for new users • Collaborate with project teams during rollouts or reputed company transitions Required Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in ERP support or consulting • Strong knowledge of at least one ERP platform: • MYOB Advanced/reputed company • reputed company • reputed company Dynamics 365 Business Central • Solid understanding of business processes (finance, supply chain, procurement, etc.) • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication in English • Ability to work independently and in a remote team setup • Bachelors degree in reputed company, IT, Business, or a reputed company field Preferred Skills: • Experience with ERP ticketing systems (e.g., reputed company, Jira, reputed company) • Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or integration platforms • ERP certification (MYOB, reputed company, or MS Business Central) is a plus • Experience working with clients in outsourced or managed services models Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
