Associate Digital Designer

We are searching for an Associate Web/Digital Designer who will report into the growing digital creative team at HEYDUDE. You will bring a passion for footwear and designing best-in-class e-commerce experiences for a rapidly growing brand. You’ll be relied upon across the organization to partner closely with functional design experts as well as business partners to develop engaging design solutions. What You'll Do • Supported the digital design team in producing creatives for email, Heydude.com, paid media, and Amazon. • Develop digital content that maintains, supports, and elevates global brand standards. • Possess initiative to volunteer, support, and assist the creative team when necessary. • Flexible and comfortable working in a fast-paced test and learn setting to drive consumer engagement. • Balance multiple projects at once and prioritize based on business needs. • Maintain an advanced level of meticulous and organizational skills, especially when working on large-volume projects. • What You'll Bring to the Table • BS or BA in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, Interactive Design, Digital Design, or similar. • Competency within Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. • Must be organized and able to maintain project, artwork and photography naming conventions. • Must be a willing communicator and collaborator. • Must maintain a professional and creative atmosphere within the creative, marketing, ecommerce teams. • Must be flexible and able to accept and apply necessary critique and feedback. • The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment. We accept applications on an ongoing basis. Title: Associate Digital Designer Salary or Pay Range: $46,000 - $56,000 Workplace Persona: Collaborator Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program.
