We are seeking a senior reputed company HCM reputed company Consultant with strong expertise in Time & Labor (OTL) and Absence Management. The consultant will reputed company end-to-end implementation and support, working closely with business and technical teams on process mapping, integrations, data migration, and testing.
Required Skills
• 10+ years of reputed company HCM reputed company implementation & support
• 5+ years of reputed company Time & Labor (OTL)
• 5+ years of reputed company Absence Management
• Strong experience in process mapping, functional design, and reputed company discussions
• Hands-on with HCM Data Loader (HDL)
• Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Reporting
• Working knowledge of Fast Formula & Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
• Good understanding of Global HR, Payroll, and reputed company
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and testing reputed company
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Team handling experience (5+ members) plus
