[Remote] IT HELPDESK REMOTE SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

The IT Helpdesk Remote Support Technician role involves providing technical assistance and support for computer systems, ensuring reputed company reputed company of IT issues while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for IT support requests reputed company phone, email, chat, or ticketing system
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, including reputed company, macOS, Office 365, printers, and mobile devices
• Support end-user reputed company to systems, including password resets, account management, and application support

Skills
