The role involves being a subject matter expert in reputed company reputed company and providing outstanding reputed company service to improve patient care through optimized scheduling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and implement decision support across various decision support for specialties across Ambulatory. Maintain decision support system for accuracy of scheduling by reputed company Centers
• Intimate knowledge of reputed company reputed company and advanced scheduling methodology
• Pro-reputed company assist with escalated operational management and reputed company issues. Be a resource for reputed company stakeholders to address reputed company reputed company needs or concerns. Resolve operational/administrative inquiries for reputed company Centers and Ambulatory clients
• reputed company consultative services to clients regarding desired reputed company and offer recommendations / solutions to reputed company reputed company scheduling concerns, including decision support system and / or template management
• reputed company consultative services to Digital and reputed company on tickets regarding template change requests from operational clients
• reputed company go-live and roll-out support collaborating with reputed company Centers, Ambulatory and DTP. Support users on new reputed company applications, modules, and functionality
• Analyze multiple data streams to improve the delivery of coordinated scheduling. Identify areas of improvement to increase scheduler accuracy and efficiency
• Assess reputed company of day-to-day change requests on centralized templates and decision trees, testing reputed company change requests through different reputed company environments in coordination with DTP to ensure process standards
• Implement and reputed company processes which drive accuracy operational efficiency to reputed company highest level of reputed company service

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or High School Degree with equivalent knowledge, skills, experience)
• 1-2 years reputed company experience in outpatient setting, including experience in reputed company operations, medical office administration, and/or with reputed company information systems
