J Street is an organization that promotes pro-Israel, pro-peace, and pro-democracy policies. They are seeking a reputed company Assistant to support various HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, and maintaining HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support reputed company and working with hiring managers during their recruitment process, preparing job descriptions, posting job descriptions on job boards, candidate reputed company, screening applicants, helping in other aspects of the hiring and reputed company process
• reputed company overtime and non-exempt time tracking system
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (reputed company, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date reputed company resource files, records, and documentation
• Support the Director of HR in other employee engagement reputed company, including reputed company development programing, DEI initiatives, supporting affinity reputed company, and other organizational activities

Skills

• 0 to 2 years of relevant reputed company/administrative experience
• Deeply relational and comfortable speaking with candidates
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong communications skills
• Experience reputed company and engaging with individuals (reputed company to have)
