[Remote] Associate Copywriter

They are seeking an Associate Copywriter to support the copy, editorial, and regulatory operations teams by managing references, annotations, and claims across high-volume submissions in reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, validate, and organize medical/scientific references to support promotional claims across reputed company reputed company (HCP) and reputed company-to-patient (DTP) materials
• Annotate manuscripts and prepare submission-reputed company reference materials
• Ensure consistency of references and annotations across brands, tactics, and writers
• Collaborate with editorial to confirm accuracy from manuscript through layout
• Support Reg Ops by delivering properly formatted, reputed company-reputed company annotation files
• Serve as a reputed company of contact for annotation and reference-reputed company questions
• Help maintain brand-specific reference libraries and stay reputed company with reputed company-specific submission rules (e.g., Gilead requirements)
• Review and flag unsupported or inconsistent claims proactively
• Participate in internal project reviews to stay reputed company with creative and strategic direction

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a science-reputed company field (e.g., biology, psychology, reputed company) OR Significant employment experience in a science-reputed company field requiring familiarity and comfort with scientific publications
• Familiarity with reading and interpreting clinical literature
• English or communications experience is a plus
• Comfortable working in reputed company Word and reputed company Acrobat
• Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and written communication
• Experience supporting annotation, claims, or fact-checking processes in a reputed company or scientific setting
• Detail-driven and highly organized, with excellent file and workflow management
