You will be part of a high-volume, customer service environment where efficiency, productivity, and thoroughness are essential. You will be responsible for scheduling in-home visits with physicians or nurse practitioners, answering inbound calls from members, and resolving any scheduling issues or concerns. **Primary Responsibilities** * Call members to schedule in-home visits with a physician or nurse practitioner * Answer inbound calls from members and assist them with their inquiries * Ensure that appointments are scheduled accurately and resolve any scheduling issues or concerns * Work a flexible schedule that includes evening hours * Collaborate with the team to achieve high service levels and resolve member issues **Required Qualifications** * High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience * Must be 18 years or older * 1 year of work experience * Experience with Microsoft Word (create/edit/save/send documents) * Microsoft Excel (create/edit/save/send spreadsheets) * Microsoft Outlook (create/edit/save/send correspondence) * Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements * Ability to work an 8-hour shift between our normal business hours of 9:00am-5:30pm local time **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the healthcare industry * Experience working with Medicaid or Medicare * Experience working in a customer retention-focused role **Telecommuting Requirements** * Reside within EST or CST * Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy * Ability to keep all company-sensitive documents secure (if applicable) * Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group-approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service * Must be able to connect directly into the internet via a hard wire (either directly to the modem or router) **Soft Skills** * Ability to type and talk at the same time while navigating through multiple screens * Experience working in a metric-driven work environment * Experience using an auto-dialer system **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 - $28.27 per hour (based on local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.) * Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance * Incentive and recognition programs * Equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements) * Paid training and professional development opportunities **Why Join arenaflex?** * Be part of a dynamic and innovative company that is shaping the future of healthcare * Enjoy a flexible work schedule and remote work options * Collaborate with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * Develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment * Contribute to a company that is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and making a positive impact on the environment **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
