The firm is expanding from 14 attorneys to 21 by early 2026 and is adding several experienced corporate lawyers across key practice areas. Day-to-Day Snapshot • Lead and support transactions across fund formation, equity raises, venture financing, convertible debt, SAFEs, private M&A, and structured deals. • Work directly with founders, investors, and C-suite executives across growth-stage and institutional clients. • Draft and negotiate operating agreements, partnership docs, purchase agreements, credit facilities, asset-backed deals, and more. • Own deals from term sheet to closing, with meaningful autonomy and partner exposure. • Collaborate closely with a highly specialized corporate team known for efficient, precise deal execution.
