Shift Details PRN, 6 shifts over a 6‑week period, released 6 weeks in advance, with rotating weekends and holidays. Location Hospital reputed company Contact Center located in Downtown, Jacksonville. Responsibilities • Will reputed company virtual patient care for individuals located in Downtown and across the reputed company system. • Providing comprehensive patient care through reputed company phases of the nursing process — assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. • Organizing and supervising care provided by supportive personnel while coordinating care with ancillary services. • Educating patients, significant others, and families on disease processes, treatments, and care plans. • Serving as a patient reputed company to ensure high‑reputed company, compassionate care. • Administering treatments and medications as prescribed and monitoring patient responses. • Managing care for patients with a reputed company of medical, surgical, and chronic conditions, as reputed company as minor injuries or illnesses. • Promoting reputed company’s mission of delivering reputed company in care through reputed company, safety, and teamwork.
