The Team and Role

Our Creative Production Innovation Management team is the team of application managers within the broader Product Discovery & Promoting enterprise (previously Creative Production) driving complex projects across arenaflex and PDP groups. We are seeking a seasoned program manager with experience in handling complex cross-functional packages for technology structures. The program manager will be responsible for shaping and executing innovation programs that introduce new stories to our contributors around the globe.

About the Role

The correct candidate will act as a thought partner to key stakeholders and will excel in driving early-stage projects from strategy through execution. You will be a seasoned program manager who has advanced understanding in the planning, execution, and delivery of applications that meet the innovation needs of a technology platform. You can break down complex requirements into achievable programs, interface with multiple cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions in a successful and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs that are innovation-focused, highly technical, and cross-functional in nature.
• Conduct feasibility and stage-of-effort tests of conceptual features and designs that will supply high-quality functions on time and within budget.
• Act as a thought partner to PDP leaders to shape early-stage product innovation opportunities into concrete applications.
• Partner with arenaflex product managers on projects within their innovation roadmaps and endorse for PDP’s groups via proactively consulting and advising throughout the innovation lifecycle on product features, assessments, and designs.
• Work closely with product control, engineering, and creative teams to align on project plans, priorities, execution, and shipping of highly technical tasks.
• Responsible for identifying extensive trends and opportunities across your portfolio of applications that have the potential to power greater effect and/or performance.
• Control, plan, and track PDP’s assets, milestones, deliverables, and communications throughout the execution of simultaneous packages.
• Expect and plan for future needs and challenges around timelines, workflow changes, and program deliverables.

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of practical experience in program management practices efficiently validated in prior roles in product engineering.
• Deep area expertise and running know-how in establishing and implementing program management frameworks and best practices.
• A track record for influencing a wide spectrum of technical cross-functional teams and activating them toward a common goal.
• The ability to navigate through stages of ambiguity and translate strategic opportunities into tangible next steps.
• A high level of intellectual curiosity and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Experience in handling resources (employees and financial) to optimize the outcome of the packages and tasks for which they are accountable.
• Effective communication skills to talk efficiently and inclusively across cultures, creative, and technical teams.
• Familiarity and fierce curiosity about product, via data insights, A/B testing, and user experience POV.
• Ability to give sincere and direct feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a streaming or entertainment industry.
• Knowledge of program management tools and software.
• Certification in program management or a related field.
