**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Checking in passengers and their luggage at the ticket counter and gates
* Patiently handling customer concerns and complaints regarding ticketing and baggage handling

**Qualifications**
