We are proud to offer a supportive work environment, opportunities for growth and development, and a comprehensive benefits package. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions * Assisting customers with U-Haul products and services, including rentals, equipment maintenance, and product recommendations * Using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory * Moving and hooking up U-Haul trucks and trailers * Cleaning and inspecting equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels * Answering questions and educating customers regarding products and services * Preparing rental invoices and accepting equipment returned from rental * Installing hitches and trailer wiring * Filling propane (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) * Driving a forklift (certification offered through arenaflex upon employment) * Participating in ongoing continuous education through arenaflex University **Minimum Qualifications** * Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record * High school diploma or equivalent **Work Environment** The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes or irritant chemicals.
