We're a company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we're committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive. **Job Summary** As a Senior Data Analyst - IT, you'll be responsible for leading the charge in data-driven decision-making, driving process improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. You'll work closely with our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Reliability innovation groups to develop and maintain scalable data solutions, leveraging your expertise in data science, programming, and business acumen. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions to drive business growth and improvement * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven strategies to address them * Design and develop data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and business leaders * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and improvement * Work closely with our Advanced Tasks Community (DOC) to develop and maintain functional metrics and KPIs * Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for execution and increased flexibility * Develop and maintain expertise in data visualization tools, including PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and other relevant technologies * Collaborate with our US and India Information Center teams to develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions * Stay up-to-date with new platform updates and application deliveries, and develop expertise in current applications and frameworks * Communicate and present updates to leadership, and develop regular presentations for stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as computer science, data science, mathematics, statistics, or economics * 3+ years of experience in web-based business stage development, with a focus on data analysis and visualization * Experience developing presentations for teammates and leaders, and collaborating with all levels of management * Proven ability to create a vision, inspire the team towards that vision, and provide support to achieve it * Broad experience with BI tooling, including PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, and other relevant technologies * Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to develop complex queries and data models * Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making * Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines * Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship **Preferred Qualifications** * Graduate degree in software engineering, aeronautical engineering, or a related field * Experience with data science, data engineering, or related fields * Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate, Power BI Data Analyst Partner, AWS Certified Data Analyst, or other relevant certifications * Experience with DataDog, AppD, Kibana, or other relevant tools * Experience with Palantir Foundry, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, or other relevant technologies * Past experience in the airline or travel industry * Experience with AWS - Redshift, Fast sight, Athena, or other relevant technologies * Experience with Big Question, or other relevant tools **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive training and support * Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and initiatives **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and talented individual who's passionate about data-driven decision-making and innovation, we want to hear from you!
