**About the Role**
As a member of our Benefits call center team, you'll help people daily by taking calls and actively listening while discussing employee benefits. Calls can range from healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and additional employee perks. You'll manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls while navigating through multiple systems. Our call center associates are members of a supportive team, and your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls while navigating through multiple systems
- Discuss employee benefits, including healthcare, retirement, and additional employee perks
- Provide comprehensive resolutions to customer inquiries and concerns
- Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills to create positive experiences for customers and clients
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to pass an internet speed test (download equal to or greater than 25, upload equal to or greater than 5, Ping ms equal to or less than 175)
- The ability to connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
- Keyboarding and MS Office proficiency
- Great problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- High school diploma or GED
- The ability to pass a background check, potentially including Employment and Education verification (in some instances, a drug test will be required, THC included)
- Must be 18 years or older
