**Responsibilities**

* Entering data accurately and efficiently into our systems

**Key Performance Indicators**
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets
* Achieve high levels of first-call resolution

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong background in insurance, with a P&C License preferred
* Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills

* Ukrainian/Russian Language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak these languages
