As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional telephone support to patients receiving life-sustaining specialty drug therapy, ensuring their needs are met with compassion, care, and attention to detail. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Coordinating and processing new patient medication orders and reorders, including verifying and revivifying benefits * Translating and entering new or refill prescriptions into the pharmacy information system * Communicating and collecting copay amounts from patients * Obtaining authorizations from insurance companies, healthcare providers, and internal teams * Screening, identifying, resolving, and deferring orders with accounts receivable or clinical issues * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely processing of specialty medications and meet financial and clinical expectations **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * One year of experience in a customer service role, handling and resolving complex customer needs over the phone * One year of work experience with Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, internet navigation, and email applications * One year of computer keyboarding experience, skills, and aptitude * Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Healthcare work experience and familiarity with benefits, insurance, prescriptions, and medical terminology * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting our employees' growth and well-being.
