Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Virtual Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working weekends from 9am to 6pm. As a Virtual Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional support and service, while also contributing to the growth and success of our business. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to guest inquiries in real-time, confirming bookings and providing timely resolutions to any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of vacation rental listings, reservations, and messages, ensuring that all information is readily available and easily accessible.
  • Offer customer support via vacation rental platform messaging or phone, providing clear and concise communication to guests and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Provide check-in instructions and accommodate check-in/check-out requests, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for our guests.
  • Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services with our housekeeping and maintenance teams, ensuring that all properties are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest arrival.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures to help systematize our business, improving efficiency and consistency across all aspects of our operations.
  • Conduct cold calls to agents and landlords on a weekly basis, identifying and pursuing new property rental opportunities and contributing to the growth and expansion of our portfolio.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. Experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in the short-term rental or hospitality industry, is highly desirable.
