We're now seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our Manufacturing and Assembly Process Optimization team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in designing, creating, and managing the execution of flexible manufacturing processes and systems for our cutting-edge server farm products. **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a pioneering company that's revolutionizing the way we think about data processing and storage. The Manufacturing Tasks group is responsible for providing the manufacturing capacity to deliver this best-in-class physical infrastructure. As a Manufacturing Specialist, you'll assess product designs and create the cycles, tools, and processes behind arenaflex's robust search technology. When suppliers build parts for our infrastructure, you'll be right there alongside them, ensuring production processes are repeatable and controlled. You'll collaborate with Ware Directors and Configuration Architects to determine arenaflex's framework needs and product specifications. Your work will guarantee that the different components of arenaflex's infrastructure fit together seamlessly and keep our systems humming along smoothly for a consistent user experience. **Job Responsibilities** As a Manufacturing Specialist, you'll lead complex, multidisciplinary projects. You'll design requirements with internal clients and guide projects through the entire project lifecycle. You'll utilize knowledge of the tools, processes, and methods used to build and scale high-volume manufacturing and assembly activities. You'll be an esteemed partner to the new product development team through industry expertise, experience identifying and qualifying advanced manufacturing procedures, and insight into Design for Manufacturing (DFM) feedback. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Designing, creating, and managing the execution of flexible manufacturing processes and systems for specific server farm products * Improving for cost, quality, and flexibility * Collaborating with Planning, Product Management, and Tasks groups to identify and address potential manufacturing detours in early development stages * Analyzing and interpreting complex production data to drive informed manufacturing strategies * Identifying and implementing solutions to advance execution and efficiency across the supply chain * Leading the assessment, capability, and key development of contract manufacturers with a focus on future capabilities and growth * Utilizing Product Information Management (PIM) frameworks to create Bills of Materials (BOM), Approved Vendor Lists (AVL), and manage Designing Change Notices/Requests (ECN/O) * Leading the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) team to align design and BOM structures **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering) * 4-year certification in Electrical Designing, Cycle Designing, Assembling Designing, or similar relevant experience * 10 years of experience as an Assembling, Quality, Reliability, or Product Designer * 6 years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) * 5 years of experience in planning and execution of civil high-voltage applications in server farm development **Preferred Qualifications** * Graduate degree in Science or a related field * Experience directing yield improvements and process duration reductions for high-volume and high-complexity parts * Experience with LEAN...
