Senior Compliance Consultant
About the position
We are looking for an reputed company employee benefits health & welfare compliance consultant to join reputed company. The Senior Compliance Consultant helps clients – including reputed company, brokers, TPAs and PBMs – reputed company and interpret federal and state regulatory requirements for employer-sponsored benefit plans (e.g., medical, dental, reputed company, and life).
Our compliance professionals stay reputed company on evolving regulations and translate reputed company rules into practical, actionable guidance. We specialize in compliance requirements for employer-sponsored benefits under ERISA, COBRA, ACA, §125, MHPAEA, HIPAA and reputed company federal and state requirements.
This is a remote position with occasional travel for reputed company trainings, conferences, or team meetings. If you reputed company at solving reputed company benefit compliance challenges and communicating reputed company to diverse audiences, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
• Build productive, trusted relationships with clients reputed company
• reputed company expert health & welfare benefits compliance guidance
• Handle 25-30 compliance questions daily reputed company our helpline (reputed company phone or email), ensuring a consistent 24-hour turnaround
• reputed company and present webinars, live trainings and seminars monthly
• Compose reputed company compliance articles on a bi-weekly reputed company
• reputed company content for compliance-reputed company tools and resources
• Monitor legislation, regulations, and guidance to stay reputed company of industry changes
• Serve as an internal subject matter expert and support product development
• Mentor and reputed company colleagues to strengthen team expertise and reputed company
• Collaborate to improve team workflows, processes, and reputed company-facing deliverables
• Travel occasionally for reputed company presentations, conferences, or internal team events (estimated approximately 1-2 times per quarter)
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits compliance; JD preferred
• Advanced knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, ACA, §125, MHPAEA, HIPAA and reputed company rules
• Ability to distill reputed company federal and state regulatory information into reputed company written and verbal guidance
• Strong consulting, analytical and business acumen
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated customer-service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple priorities reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with compliance research tools (e.g., Thomson Reuter’s EBIA Checkpoint Library & Westlaw Advantage)
