Senior Compliance Consultant

About the position We are looking for an reputed company employee benefits health & welfare compliance consultant to join reputed company. The Senior Compliance Consultant helps clients – including reputed company, brokers, TPAs and PBMs – reputed company and interpret federal and state regulatory requirements for employer-sponsored benefit plans (e.g., medical, dental, reputed company, and life). Our compliance professionals stay reputed company on evolving regulations and translate reputed company rules into practical, actionable guidance. We specialize in compliance requirements for employer-sponsored benefits under ERISA, COBRA, ACA, §125, MHPAEA, HIPAA and reputed company federal and state requirements. This is a remote position with occasional travel for reputed company trainings, conferences, or team meetings.
