They are seeking a Financial Customer Service Professional to provide excellent service for customers' retirement savings accounts and empower clients with essential information without engaging in sales.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service within the call center for customers' retirement savings accounts
- Educate and empower customers without making cold calls or sales
- Communicate critical plan updates and changes to clients
- Process contribution changes, loans, withdrawals, and general account changes
- Collaborate with a team to launch your financial services career
Skills
- Availability to work a 40-hour work week, including outside traditional business hours
- Associate's degree or higher AND at least one year of customer service experience, or two or more years of customer service experience
- Capability to work overtime as required based on business needs
- Reliable high-speed internet with a wired connection for training and work
- Attention to detail and ability to learn and apply financial industry policies and procedures
- Experience in financial services or call center environments
- Passion for providing quality customer service
- Desire to engage with customers over the phone
- Adaptability in communication style to service a diverse customer base
- Strong attention to detail
