[Remote] Regulatory Affairs Intern

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RegASK is an AI-driven solution enabling end-to-end intelligent regulatory workflow orchestration. They are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Intern to support their team by providing hands-on experience in regulatory research, analysis, and digital workflow support across multiple jurisdictions and product categories.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and summarize regulatory updates from global health authorities (e.g., FDA, EMA, TGA, ANVISA, SFDA)
• Assist in categorizing regulatory changes by industry, product type, jurisdiction, and topic (e.g., labeling, clinical trials, pharmacovigilance)
• Draft concise summaries and impact assessments for new regulations, guidance documents, and enforcement actions
• Support the maintenance of RegASK’s regulatory databases and internal knowledge repositories
• Collaborate with regulatory experts and analysts to ensure data accuracy and relevance
• Help prepare reports and dashboards for client deliverables and internal use
• Contribute to the optimization of workflows and AI-supported tools for regulatory monitoring

Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Public Health, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Interest in regulatory science, compliance, and emerging technologies such as AI and data analytics
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural environment
• Previous experience or coursework related to regulatory affairs, quality assurance, or compliance is an advantage
