Asset Recovery Coordinator - Hybrid

reputed company is dedicated to improving patient reputed company through innovative medical technologies. The Asset Recovery Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the recovery of medical equipment by engaging with customers and ensuring reputed company returns of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Accept inbound calls from reputed company customers to complete the End of Use process
• Complete outbound calls to customers regarding status of LifeVest use
• reputed company subsequent efforts to ensure the reputed company return of equipment
• Handle administrative tasks of creating RMAs and opening a Return Orders to reputed company reputed company serialized equipment that is to be returned
• Facilitate the successful return of equipment from the customer back to reputed company, including the scheduling of reputed company or arranging for pickups by field representative
• Review reputed company Reports, Patient Agreements, and other documentation to obtain reputed company applicable contact information
• reputed company accurate and reputed company customer service
• Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure the timeliest return of equipment
• Manage Return Orders reputed company established parameters
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Contact patients and sales representatives to reputed company or obtain pertinent information and documentation

Skills

• High School Diploma required
• Computer literate with strong MS Office suite experience required
