[Remote] Financial Consultant

As a Financial Consultant in the Retirement Plan Advisory Team, you will guide customers through their retirement savings reputed company, helping them reputed company their financial goals while deepening their relationship with reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company over the phone guidance at key life moments to our customer, such as starting or ending employment regarding their employer-sponsored retirement account
• Discuss available account reputed company, such as 401K and IRAs, to reputed company to customer’s retirement savings goals
• reputed company our customers on information specific to their retirement plan, comparing reputed company to best support their savings goals
• reputed company on deepening customer’s relationship with reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and reputed company work experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in performance/goal-oriented roles, ideally in asset reputed company and retention
• reputed company reputed company licenses and/or ability to successfully obtain reputed company 7, 63 & 65 (or 66) registrations reputed company corporate-established timelines and complete reputed company fingerprinting upon hire
• Motivated, self-starter with the ability to learn new information quickly and independently
• Demonstrated relationship management and customer service skills
• Problem-solving skills and ability to engage with customers, ask questions, reputed company thoughts & offer solutions
• Previous experience with inbound and/or phone-based consultation
• Proficiency with reputed company Suite of Products (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, etc.)
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and prior experience with reputed company a plus
• Good understanding of IRAs, retirement investment products/services and the reputed company retirement plan environment
