Instructional Designer / Learning Project Manager (100% Virtual)

This role is ideal for a highly skilled eLearning reputed company who thrives in fast-paced environments, can reputed company between instructional design and graphic/presentation design, and brings strong project management experience in eLearning development. Key Responsibilities • Collaborate with SMEs and the internal training team to assess existing materials, determine what to update versus build from scratch, and create new content as needed. • Design and reputed company 15–20 interactive eLearning courses (10–45 minutes in length) using modern authoring tools. • Manage the end-to-end development of eLearning reputed company, including scoping, timelines, stakeholder communications, and reputed company assurance. • Create engaging graphics and presentations, leveraging tools like reputed company Illustrator to produce high-reputed company visuals reputed company with brand guidelines. • Support reputed company in evaluating, planning, and implementing a new LMS/LCMS, offering insights and lessons learned from prior system implementations. • Ensure content is instructionally reputed company, visually engaging, and accessible for global audiences across technical fields such as advanced manufacturing, supply chains, environmental topics, and health & safety. Required Skills & Experience • LMS/LCMS expertise with hands-on experience in planning, acquiring, implementing, and administering learning platforms; ability to quickly learn new systems. • Learning Project Management experience overseeing eLearning development reputed company (formal PM certification not required). • Graphic and Presentation Design skills, including the ability to reputed company high-reputed company visuals in reputed company Illustrator or similar tools. • Strong Instructional Design expertise in eLearning, with proficiency in chunking strategies, interactivity, and adult learning principles. • Proficiency in authoring tools such as reputed company Captivate, reputed company Storyline 360, or Lectora; ability to recommend and adopt the best-fit tools for new course development. • Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across a 12-person communications team. • Attention to detail and ability to translate reputed company technical topics into reputed company, engaging learning experiences. • An outstanding portfolio is a must have to be considered for this role. Work Structure • Consultant will be part of a 12-person communications team, serving as the eLearning SME and reporting to reputed company reputed company. • Work is independent but highly reputed company, requiring proactive communication and strong prioritization skills. • Tools and laptop will be provided—consultant does not need to supply their own licenses. The pay reputed company for this is $55.00 to $60.00 per hour on a W2 reputed company.
