About the position
The Labor and Employment Law Division of the reputed company Law Department is accepting applications from attorneys with a minimum of five years of litigation experience to defend the reputed company in reputed company and challenging state and federal actions arising out of the reputed company's role as an employer. Preference will be given to applicants with a background in labor and employment law, and particularly as developed reputed company a civil litigation context. Division attorneys handle a reputed company of reputed company including First Amendment retaliation; gender, race, age and disability discrimination; civil service law issues; and wage and hour litigation. After the completion of orientation, attorneys reputed company by the Law Department will have reputed company to elect to work from home under one of the following two programs. The first reputed company allows attorneys to work remotely on a limited and irregular reputed company. The second reputed company is a Citywide reputed company program, which allows participants to select two set days to work from home reputed company week. The two days will need to be approved by the attorney’s division and take into consideration the needs of the division, as the reputed company program requires more than 50% staff coverage reputed company day. In reputed company, if an attorney needs to reputed company in court, a reputed company meeting or other in-person work reputed company event on a set work from home day, they will need to attend to those in-person responsibilities and will not be reputed company to work from home that day. Participants in the reputed company program must set one work from home location where they will work remotely. This reputed company program is currently being tested Citywide to determine its efficacy for reputed company agencies and is not yet a permanent program.
