[Remote] Junior Culture Coach

They are seeking a Junior Culture Coach to help individuals develop and navigate their work, ensuring a high-performing environment through coaching and relationship building with software developers.
Responsibilities
- Own, create, and drive a culture programs like LumenWell (our regular wellness challenges) or Lumen Night Out (our social connection nights)
- Develop meaningful relationships with software developers through regular check-ins asynchronously on Slack and synchronously via Zoom
- Coach developers on managing commitments, identifying and shifting unproductive moods, and building habits that support productivity
- Actively create remote community
- Uses AI to advance workflows, coaching, and puts forth new ways of solving problems that work
Skills
- A natural coach - you enjoy helping people grow, giving feedback, translating complexity into clarity, and pursuing personal development on your own time
- Tech-forward - Needs to understand core engineering concepts, how systems fit together, and what's possible with modern tools (AI, automation, workflows) and can help others adopt them
- You think like a consultant - someone who notices gaps and puts forward solutions that hold both the people and business values simultaneously

- Must complete the video portion to be considered for a first interview
- Candidates must be based in regions that align with the Pacific, Central, or Eastern U.S. time zones to ensure effective collaboration with client and team schedules
- This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
