Job Summary As a Mail Dispatch Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of mail. Key Responsibilities Efficient Mail Organization and Dispatch: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of mail by efficiently organizing and dispatching mail. Special Delivery Support: Assist customers with their postal needs, including updating addresses and providing special delivery instructions. Administrative Work: Manage essential paperwork, such as postage and tracking information. Stamp Sales and Customer Support: Assist clients in acquiring stamps to fulfill their postage needs promptly. Quality Control and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with mail delivery, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with colleagues and management to ensure seamless mail processing and delivery. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional support to customers and colleagues through effective communication. Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer software and systems to manage paperwork and track information. Physical Ability: Ability to lift, carry, and move mail and packages of varying weights. Preferred Qualifications Previous Experience in Mail Processing or Customer Service: Prior experience in mail processing, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable. Attention to Detail and Accuracy: Demonstrated ability to accurately process mail and manage paperwork.
