Business Development Representative
Salary.com is a leading consumer and enterprise resource for compensation data, software, consulting, and education. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to support the sales team by identifying new business opportunities and expanding product reach.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting potential clients by conducting phone, email and social media outreach campaigns
- Identifying new company and individual opportunities using sales intelligence tools
- Design and execute territory specific plans with Account Executive sales partners
- Continually develop your skills by participating in weekly team meetings and ongoing training
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (Sales, Marketing, Business, HR, etc.)
- 0-2 years of sales or business development experience
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task-oriented environment
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to work independently, as well as collaborate with a team
