Inside Sales Representative, Scottsdale (Hybrid)
Axon is on a mission to Protect Life, tackling critical safety and justice issues with its ecosystem of devices and cloud software. The Sales Representative will be responsible for selling Axon’s products to law enforcement customers through telesales and onsite visits, while developing sales plans and managing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develops and executes regional sales plan by outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Outbound and inbound account management
- Provide effective product demos for end-user customers via phone and web conferencing
- Promote Axon’s ecosystems of hardware, software, and service solutions
- Attend trainings to develop industry expertise
- Travel to client sites and conferences and Roadshows may be required
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent applicable experience
- 1+ years experience in a full cycle Sales role
- Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience
- Experience using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent communication, telephone, and time management skills
- Highly enthusiastic and motivated
- Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
- Able to multi-task among shifting priorities
