Insurance Agent (Base salary + Uncapped commissions)

Comparion Insurance Agency is one of the largest personal lines insurance agencies in the US, connecting local communities with tailored insurance solutions. The role of an Insurance Agent involves building a strong local network, engaging with the community, and leveraging in-person relationships to drive sales in Auto, Home, and Life insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Build and leverage a strong local network and in-person relationships in the community
• Engage with the community to develop referral networks and partnerships
• Attend mandatory training and meetings in Tukwila

• Strong Insurance Experience

• Previous employment in a sales role where you have successfully turned prospects into customers
• A state insurance license—or willingness to earn one with training and support—in Property & Casualty, and Life
