[Remote] Business Development Representative (Remote, US)

They are seeking a Business Development Representative to drive product adoption through engagement, guiding prospects into product trials while building trust and educating them about the product.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospects across LinkedIn, email, community, and events to guide them into product trials through thoughtful interaction
- Act as a trusted guide to help prospects understand use cases, value, and outcomes without pushing immediate sales
- Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, and Demand teams to align messaging, offers, and calls-to-action that convert engagement into trial activation
- Identify and nurture high-intent accounts using behavioral, intent, and engagement signals across digital and community channels
- Support trial onboarding to ensure prospects understand how to get started and achieve early value with the product
- Capture qualitative feedback from prospects and trial users to inform product improvements and go-to-market strategies
Skills
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in business development, growth, or customer-facing roles in B2B SaaS, preferably in a PLG, freemium, or trial-led growth model
- Comfortable engaging prospects across multiple channels and building relationships over time
- Strong understanding of buyer behavior and value discovery before purchase
- Data-aware and able to use engagement and intent signals to prioritize efforts
