Responsibilities

• Accurately schedule clinical services while confirming patient details

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Financial, or reputed company fields preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in patient reputed company, financial services, or reputed company-reputed company roles
• Proficiency in medical terminology and insurance protocols
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

• Experience with hospital billing requirements and documentation processes
