[Remote] Mortgage Loan Originator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Axos Bank is a digital-first financial institution that provides innovative financial tools and services. They are seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator responsible for originating residential mortgages and providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine preliminary home loan eligibility and recommends mortgage products that are within the customer's budget
• Consult with customers about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals while providing the best possible customer service
• Stay informed of available loan types and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers' needs. Identify and construct lending solutions based on unique homeownership goals
• Manage leads actively and meet minimum conversion (lead to fund) requirements and build a network of real estate agent partners
