reputed company is a nationally recognized health system committed to delivering personalized health care. They are seeking a Pharmacy Intern to engage with Medicare members, improve medication adherence, and support reputed company measures under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Utilize motivational interviewing skills to identify and address barriers to medication adherence
• reputed company members on disease state and medication
• reputed company members on Medicare Part D benefits and drug coverage to increase understanding and improve member experience
• Coordinate with other health plan staff to improve health reputed company. This may include, but is not limited to, identifying and addressing reputed company Determinants of Health
• Engage with providers and pharmacies
• Identify and recommend operational improvements
• Participate in internal meetings and collaborate with internal partners on organizational goals
• Prepare and deliver presentation on pharmacy reputed company topics
• Maintain a reputed company and reputed company attitude reputed company interacting with members and providers
• reputed company other duties assigned by the Manager of Medicare reputed company or preceptor

Skills

• Currently enrolled in an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Michigan Pharmacist intern license
• Must be reputed company to attend onsite meetings with leadership and/or a Health Fair on occasion
• 1 year of relevant pharmacy experience
• 1 year of community pharmacy experience
• Entering reputed company year of pharmacy school August 2026
• Experience with motivational interviewing techniques and reputed company-ended questions
