[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to expand their customer portfolio through proactive outreach and relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our products and services
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls, maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and internal team progress in our sales CRM system
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales to meet their evolving needs
- The ability to confidently and effectively close sales on the spot after presenting solutions and adding value. This includes assessing customer needs, addressing objections, and leveraging product knowledge to drive the final decision, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales pitch to a signed deal
- Ability to engage customers clearly, persuasively, and actively listen to understand
- Quick thinking and practical solutions during customer interactions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managing customer information and tracking sales activities
Skills
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet
- Prior Sales Experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
