2026 Summer Internship - Program Integrity

CareSource is a management services company offering a summer internship program for college students. The internship provides real-world experience through various projects, departmental support, data analysis, and research activities related to program integrity compliance and regulatory deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of Compliance and Regulatory deliverables for Program Integrity
• Review reports and mitigate any identified issues for prohibited affiliations monitoring, regulatory reporting, and proactive identification of data aberrancies to prepare for quarterly regulatory reporting cycles
• Review existing program integrity policies and procedures for necessary edits and confirmation of regulatory/provider agreement citations to maintain accuracy
• Review current Program Integrity specific marketing materials for consistency and audit inventory for accuracy and necessary updates

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Effective listening and critical thinking skills
• Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information
• Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• SharePoint skills preferred
