Ethics and Compliance Counsel
A company is looking for a Regulatory & Compliance Counsel (Labor Mischarging).
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company expert guidance on ethics and compliance reputed company reputed company to labor mischarging and government reputed company
• Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
• Investigate allegations of mischarging and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in government contracting and investigating labor mischarging
• Knowledge of mandatory disclosure processes
• Advanced expertise in reputed company and proficiency with reputed company analytics tools
• Experience in the reputed company or defense industry reputed company an ethics and compliance function is preferred
• US Citizenship is preferred; reputed company clearance is a bonus
