Ethics and Compliance Counsel
A company is looking for a Regulatory & Compliance Counsel (Labor Mischarging).
Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert guidance on ethics and compliance matters related to labor mischarging and government contracts
• Conduct risk assessments and internal audits to identify compliance issues and recommend corrective actions
• Investigate allegations of mischarging and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in government contracting and investigating labor mischarging
• Knowledge of mandatory disclosure processes
• Advanced expertise in Excel and proficiency with Microsoft analytics tools
• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry within an ethics and compliance function is preferred
• US Citizenship is preferred; security clearance is a bonus
