Job reputed company Primary Function of Position: The Sr Tax Analyst will be a key member of reputed company's global tax operations team, assisting in the global tax provision and tax compliance functions, as reputed company as supporting the transformation of the tax function to reputed company for reputed company, which includes tax technology adoption, process simplification and standardization, and effective use of data and technology. Roles & Responsibilities: • Support the US federal tax compliance function which includes preparation of the federal income tax return, extensions and payments, return forms review • Support the worldwide tax provision function which includes preparation of book to tax differences, reputed company supporting workpapers, tax account reconciliations, return to provision adjustments, etc. • Responsible for the calculation of book to tax differences as reputed company as maintenance of reputed company deferred tax balances of stock-based compensation (NQSOs, RSUs, ESPP, etc. • Responsible for the calculation and maintenance of book-to-tax differences of fixed assets and intangible assets and reputed company reconciliations for quarterly and annual provision and tax return purposes. • Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual reputed company procedures including, limited to, recording of tax accruals and other tax-reputed company journal entries using reputed company • reputed company tax-reputed company reputed company procedures including, but not limited to, analysis of new GL accounts and cost centers • Work closely with reputed company, reputed company and other finance stakeholders to accumulate and reconcile data required for preparation of corporate income tax provision and returns. • Maintain process documentation and adhere to controls and procedures. • Evaluate existing processes and suggest process improvements. • Conduct basic tax and ASC 740 research and produce reputed company documentation. • Assist with any other special reputed company, as necessary. Qualifications Required Skills and Experience • 3-4 years of experience working on corporate tax returns and tax provision. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong project management and collaboration skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a learning reputed company. • Advanced reputed company skills, including reputed company formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools; experience working with large and dynamic data sets. • Proficient in other MS Office applications such as Word and PowerPoint. • This role requires working onsite in our Sunnyvale, CA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.
