[Remote] UX Researcher, Maternity Cover

They are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to support their product teams during a maternity cover contract, focusing on user needs, concept testing, and providing actionable insights. Responsibilities • Advocate for end user’s needs e.g. customers, merchants, staff, etc • Advocate for Design Thinking Approach within Tabby and facilitate workshops in hypothesis formulating, problem framing, solution ideation, prioritization, and co-design research • Run both agile and longitudinal research studies for concept and price testing • Identify proactively research opportunities that meet customer needs and business objectives Skills • Experience working on complex user journeys, omnichannel products, and service design research • Experience in advocating for user's needs and goals at all stages of product development • Experience in mixed methodology (quant and qual), and longitudinal research for product concept and price testing, etc., in lab settings and/or user's natural environment • Ownership and problem solving, i.e. love to find solutions for problems they come across • Curiosity for understanding human behavior, ways of thinking, motivations and needs • Growth mindset: learning and applying creative research methods that study user engagement and motivation over a period of time Company Overview • Tabby is a financial technology company that helps millions of people in the Middle East to stay in control of their spending and make the most out of their money.
