KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Campaign Strategy & Management • Develop, launch, and optimize high-impact paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. • Perform audience research, keyword targeting, and craft compelling ad copy that resonates. • Conduct A/B testing to boost ad performance, landing pages, and targeting strategies. Performance Analysis & Optimization • Track and analyze key metrics (like CTR, CPC, CPA,ROAS) to assess campaign effectiveness. • Continuously refine campaigns to maximize conversions and improve ROAS. • Provide insightful, actionable reports for both the marketing team and clients. Collaboration & Coordination • Work with creative teams to develop creative ad visuals that captivate audiences. • Collaborate with account managers to align campaigns with client goals. Trendspotting & Innovation • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends,platform updates and best practices. • Perform competitive research to identify new opportunities. • Implement fresh strategies to keep campaigns ahead of the curve. Compliance & Quality Assurance • Ensure all ads comply with platform policies and client branding standards. • Conduct routine audits to maintain accuracy and consistency.
